We do not currently accept insurance. We may in the future. In the meantime we will instead provide transparent cash pricing. We can also provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We make no guarantees that insurance will provide reimbursement.

No, lab work and imaging are separate costs. We will always discuss pricing upfront, so you’ll know exactly what to expect, and we’ll work with you to stay within your personal budget. If you choose to use insurance for labwork we can provide a lab order form to take to a lab of your choosing.
